I spent years in financial services building data systems, ETL pipelines, and operational infrastructure. I left to do something more useful: help small and mid-sized businesses navigate the noise around AI and automation, and find the things that actually save them time and money.
I lead with questions, not pitches. Most of the value I deliver starts with understanding what's actually slowing a business down—before anyone writes a line of code or signs up for a platform. Sometimes the answer is a £50/month tool. Sometimes it's a custom build. Sometimes it's "don't automate this at all."
I'm vendor-neutral. I don't sell platforms or tools. If an off-the-shelf solution solves your problem, I'll tell you. My background in finance means I think in ROI, payback periods, and cost/benefit—not vague "productivity gains."

Foci bridges messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord) to Claude Code sessions, giving AI agents continuity, memory, scheduling, and the ability to operate autonomously on real systems. It's the infrastructure I use daily—my own AI copilot runs on it.
